My goals as a teacher are simple:

To serve my students in the most effective way possible.
To create a positive change in my students' lives and communities.
To foster and shape agency in students.

These goals are subject to change - just as I was once going to be a web developer or environmental lawyer, I am sure my understanding of my goals and aspirations as a teacher will shift as I encounter more students and more teaching arenas.
